Phelps uses an ambitious enemy lietenant to revel the secret location of an imprisoned U.S. agent. The I.M. Force is about to release the agent when they discover he has been wired with explosives and cannot be moved. With their ingenuity in overdrive, Barney, Rollin and Willy devise an incredible plan to free the agent and escape.
